Intervening in a neighborhood undergoing urban renewal to improve and revitalize the living environment is an opportunity to involve the residents of today and tomorrow in designing a city in their image, by offering them a fulfilling and caring place to live. The challenges, both urban and architectural, are far-reaching. The project to rehabilitate and extend the socio-cultural center and the Frimousse day nursery needs to be approached from an architectural, urban and landscaping point of view, in line with programmatic, environmental, scheduling and financial expectations, and to meet usage expectations – the real purpose of the project.
