The Company of Management and Promotion of the Taghazout Station launches the project of planning and development of an integrated tourist station located in the rural municipality of Taghazout – Prefecture of Agadir Ida-Outanan – called ” New Integrated Tourist Station of Taghazout (NSTIT) ” on a land of 615 hectares. The NSTIT program consists of hotel units, residential units, entertainment and leisure facilities, public facilities, two golf courses, green spaces and an argan tree reserve.

Within the framework of this major project, Interscène is responsible for drawing up the master plan that will define the overall landscape image of the resort.

It must include a landscape study and a set of landscape requirements for each of the plots of land to be entrusted to future developers (hotel and residential plots, eco-resort village, etc.). It also specifies mineral, plant and water features, street furniture, lighting and signage….
