Located in the high bocage region of the Vendée, Monsireigne offers a hilly, wooded landscape, despite the impact of agricultural consolidation. The commune stretches across a plateau formed by the Grand Lay river, offering topographical and ecological diversity. The aim of this in-depth analysis of Monsireigne is to highlight the town’s strengths and weaknesses, with a view to designing a forward-looking urban study to revitalize the town center.
