This new Center Parcs is being built on a 264-hectare site located in the communes of Trois-Moutiers and Morton. It includes wooden cottages from 50 to 90 m2 operated as a 3/4 star tourist residence. It also has a set of leisure and service facilities with a covered area of approximately 25,000 m2 including an aqua park, a farm, a spa, restaurants, shops, play areas, meeting rooms and sports facilities.
The final objective of the project is to get as close as possible to a natural place where man has come to insert his buildings and infrastructures with precision.
Only the interior of the aquamundo will be populated with exotic vegetation immersed in a humid and tropical atmosphere.
