To develop a new “Spiritual Resort” destination on the Perfume River not far from Hue in central Vietnam.
35 villas, 53 keys, SPA, KId’s club, restaurants and common areas integrated in a landscape of citrus orchards and riparian. A setting full of poetry where the accent is put on the framing, the views on the river, the passage of the clouds, the taste of a good meal.
We want to put three development vectors into perspective through this new project:
– Nature as an impulse of freedom, carrying authenticity inducing new ways of life such as slow food, slow life, nomadism, etc.
– Heritage, one of the main keys to re-reading the territory,
– ecological awareness and the inclusion of man in the chain of the living world.
Through the eco resort project, we try to adopt a nomadic and cultural, geographical and historical spirit in order to create a new tourist destination for this territory in search of becoming.
