Rehabilitation of a hotel located on the seaside near the city of Hoi-An by the new manager: Tui blue.
The hotel, altered by the weather and the sea spray, suffers from a lack of landscape identity.
The concept of the landscape highlights the identity of this region, mixing scenes of rural life (rice fields, nurseries) and more architectural gardens. The entrance of the hotel is organized around a nursery, the common areas are organized from a floating path above a large rice field. The gardens of the villa have been redesigned.
Precise terracing helps to regulate the proper functioning of the rice fields. Some of the site’s embankments are reused to create earth movements to mitigate the proximity of the villas.
