CENTRE-BOURG

Pordic - France

Pordic (Port d’Ic), a town of 6000 inhabitants crossed by the river Ic, has seen its population double since the 1960s. However, in many respects, its town is still the same as the rural town that Pordic was 30 years ago. Several developments have been carried out, but without any real “master plan”. The commune has therefore decided to carry out a reflection on the coherence of its town via a global development project which will focus in particular on the squares and public facilities.
