This study should make it possible to draw up a programme and a development strategy for this 350 km2 site located in Dongying – a city of 2 million inhabitants to the south-east of Beijing, on the seafront.
The aim of the study is to make this area one of the main areas for the development of innovation, technology and sustainable development by 2030. Our main study objectives are to succeed in developing a production that adapts to the poor soil of the site, and to preserve and enhance the natural spaces of the estuaries.
In this tourism development strategy, we are studying the possibility of creating agro-cultural tourism by integrating experimental villages.
